Just for kicks, I tried adding the drivers from a 32-bit and 64-bit windows XP/2003 system. Select the name of the printer, and then choose Remove. Open Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners. Make sure your printer is on and connected to your PC. Some are PCL6 others are PCL 6 (notice the space) and vice versa. If your printer isn't responding, you may need to remove it and reinstall it so Windows can download and install the proper drivers.
